1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you and Ani Who AB, reg. no. 559338-2558 (“ANI Jewels”, “we”, “our” or “us”) in connection with your purchases on and use of our website, ani-jewels.com (“Website”).

By using the Website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, parental consent is required.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one available at the time of purchase. Please save a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Placing an Order

Before completing a purchase, you should review and ensure that you understand these Terms.
You will have the opportunity to review your selections, verify your information, check the total price, and correct any errors before completing payment. Please note that products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order is accepted by ANI Jewels. Extended inactivity may result in your session being disconnected, and your cart may be cleared.

We strive to provide accurate representations of our products and services. However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. We do not guarantee that products will meet your expectations or match their appearance on the Website.

All product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to specific individuals, locations, or jurisdictions.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email containing details such as product information, pricing, billing, and delivery addresses. Please ensure your email address is accurate. Save your order confirmation for future reference.

We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason, including incorrect personal information or outstanding payment issues.

4. Acceptance and Delivery Confirmation

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. ANI Jewels may accept or reject the order at our discretion. An order is considered accepted only after payment has been received and a delivery confirmation has been sent via email.

Orders may be canceled or rejected in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock

• Payment authorization cannot be obtained

• Incorrect product or pricing information

• Suspected fraudulent activity

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible after acceptance. If a product is unavailable or an order is modified or canceled, we will notify you via the contact information provided. Payments already made will be refunded.

Products may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Returns Policy. Orders are for personal or household use only and not intended for commercial resale or export.

5. Prices

All prices on the Website are in local currency. Prices shown for countries within the European Union and Norway include VAT. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change and are not binding until your order is accepted via delivery confirmation. Prices may differ from those in physical stores or other websites.

We may cancel accepted orders if pricing errors are discovered. No price adjustments or guarantees are offered.

Delivery costs are not included in product prices and will be displayed at checkout. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment Methods

Payment on the Website is safe and flexible. We accept card payments, direct payments, “Buy Now, Pay Later” options with Klarna, Paypal and ANI Jewels gift cards via our payment partners Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”) and Shopify International Limited (“Shopify Payments”). Each payment is processed through the partner’s system, and their terms and privacy practices apply. 

6.2 Gift Cards

Gift cards are digital and valid for online purchases only. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

 Returns for products purchased with gift cards will be credited with a digital store credit. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. Delivery

We ship from our warehouse in Lidingö, Sweden. We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs. Please see all shipping alternatives, estimated delivery time and costs in Shipping & Delivery. Delivery estimates are approximate, as shipments are handled by third parties. Risk of loss and ownership transfers upon handover to the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Returns and Cancellations

8.1 Returns and Exchanges

Customers have 14 days to return products from the date of receipt. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with tags/seals intact for full refund. Partially used products may be subject to a value reduction. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–2 banking days after processing (1–3 weeks). Find more information about our Return Policy.

8.2 Gift with Purchase Returns

Promotional gifts are not refundable. If returning a paid product while keeping the gift, the gift’s value will be charged.

8.3 Uncollected Packages

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information and collecting shipments from designated pickup points. Failure to collect on time may incur return shipping and administrative fees. Orders may be canceled if not collected.

8.4 Misuse of Return Policy

ANI Jewels reserves the right to cancel orders or suspend customers suspected of systematic abuse, including reselling, excessive purchasing, or fraud.

9. Complaints and Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service immediately via our contact form or email (info@ani-jewels.com) within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. According to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932), you have the right to report defective products within three years. Please note that the defective product, along with its storage box or bag, must be kept until the matter is resolved. For complaints, we primarily offer a replacement of the same or equivalent product. If the product is out of stock or discontinued, we will contact you before further action. We usually process complaints within 3–14 business days.

ANI Jewels does not cover:

• Loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or negligence

• Unauthorized repair or modifications

• Normal wear and aging (minor scratches, discoloration, etc.)

10. Product Representation

We strive for accurate product display but do not guarantee exact representation due to variations in screen, resolution, and photo quality. ANI Jewels is not responsible for typographical or image errors, including pricing and product descriptions.

11. Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

ANI Jewels is not liable for damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including government actions, legislation, war, fire, floods, labor disputes, transport/weather issues, or criminal activity (Force Majeure). We are not responsible for indirect damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Stockholm District Court. EU residents may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
